You’ll learn: - The science of the stress response: fight, flight, and freeze — and how each one uniquely shows up in your body - How to recognize your own dominant stress pattern - Simple, trauma-informed ways to discharge stress hormones safely and effectively once the stressor has passed - How to work with your body’s natural rhythm so you can restore balance, prevent burnout, and sustain your capacity to care This is not about eliminating stress or changing the conditions of your work.
