I take an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach to well-being, helping individuals, organizations, and communities define what holistic well-being means to them. Together, we create simple, realistic, and practical strategies to bring their well-being vision to life. True well-being is holistic—it nurtures the mind, body, spirit, and emotions in a balanced and sustainable way.

Well-Being Workshops & Events 

Based on research and personal experience, our well-being workshops provide basic psycho-education and practical  strategies to support individuals to build more self-awareness and agency to enhance their wellness. All workshops are interactive and experiential, designed to engage all learning types, tailored to each audience, and can be delivered in-person or virtually.

Workshop topics include:

  • Holistic wellness.

  • Neurobiology of Stress.

  • Definition of self-care and self-care practices.

  • Burnout, Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma.

  • Personal Self-Care Maintenance Plans.

We offer two workshop format suggestions but are always open to tailoring to your needs.
3 hour workshop

2 x 2 hour workshops
